Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does PlinthForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for home office, tech accessory and office products brands, office product suppliers and dealers, corporate procurement and gifting buyers, promotional distributors, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. End users should buy from our customers’ retail channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on tooling, materials and finishes, colors, logo method, packaging and any buyer-specified testing. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on laptop stands, desk mats and other accessories?

Yes. Laser-engraved, printed, debossed or embroidered logos, custom colors and finishes, and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your products certified or load-rated?

We do not claim any certification, listing, load rating or test result on this site (no BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE or similar). Load capacity and any testing are specified by the buyer, verified on samples and — where needed — run at a third-party lab on request. See the compliance section of our specs guide.

Do you supply corporate and onboarding programs?

Yes — logo desk mats, laptop stands, webcam covers and ergonomic items as kits or per recipient, quoted per program. See wholesale and accessories.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing design with your logo starts lower than new tooling, custom materials or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix categories in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across stands, mats, organizers, ergonomic items and accessories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for testing and claims?

The brand owner decides which claims go on the product and which tests back them. We build verification samples, arrange third-party testing on request and print the content your team approves.

What weight capacity do your stands and risers have?

We do not publish load ratings or weight-capacity figures on this site. Capacity depends on the exact design, material gauge, hinge or column, desk thickness and how the load sits on the product. You specify the load the SKU has to carry (for example the laptop, monitor or equipment it is sold for) and the test method your customer accepts; we build pre-production samples to that spec and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any capacity printed on your packaging or listing must come from that verification and is the brand owner’s claim. See the load and stability section of our specs guide.

Do these ergonomic products relieve pain or improve posture?

We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no pain relief, posture correction, injury prevention or “doctor recommended” wording. “Ergonomic” is used only as a product-category name. We describe construction (materials, density, cover, shape, dimensions) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Do you supply corporate onboarding and gift programs?

Yes — logo products packed as kits or per recipient, quoted per program, with the paperwork your procurement process needs.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.

Laptop Stands

Aluminum or plastic — which laptop stand should my line use?

Many ranges carry both: aluminum for premium and corporate gift lines (anodized finish, laser-engraved logo), ABS / PC for entry price points, promotional programs and lightweight travel stands. Compare samples for finish and hinge feel before deciding.

Can you make an adjustable laptop stand with my own design?

Yes. Existing hinge platforms start fastest; a new shape or hinge needs new tooling and a drawing. Height and angle range, hinge torque, pads, color and logo are set per SKU and confirmed on samples.

Is a laptop stand the same as a standing desk converter?

No. A laptop stand raises a laptop on your desk; a standing desk converter is a sit-stand platform that lifts a whole workstation. We quote them as separate products.

Monitor Stands

Freestanding stand or clamp-mount arm — which should I offer?

Freestanding stands need no clamping and suit renters and shared desks; clamp and grommet arms free up desk space and give more reach. Many lines offer both in single and dual versions.

What is the difference between a monitor stand and a monitor riser?

A monitor stand holds the screen by its mounting plate on a pole, base or arm and adjusts it; a monitor riser is a low platform the monitor sits on, often with storage. We quote them as separate products.

Monitor Risers

Monitor riser or monitor stand — what is the difference?

A monitor riser is a low shelf the screen sits on, usually with storage underneath; a monitor stand holds the screen on a pole, base or arm with height, tilt and swivel adjustment. Risers are simpler and more decorative; stands are more adjustable.

Can a riser include drawers or a phone slot?

Yes — drawers, phone or tablet slots and pen trays are common options and are fixed on the drawing per SKU.

Can risers ship flat?

Many designs have foldable or screw-on legs so the carton stays small for parcel shipping; this is set per SKU.

Desk Organization

Can I order organizers, desk mats and cable trays in one shipment?

Yes. Mixed orders across desk organization products (and stands, risers and ergonomic items) are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Can you match finishes across products?

Yes — bamboo, wood and powder-coat colors can be matched across organizers, risers and trays, and desk mat colors can be chosen to coordinate. Matching is confirmed on samples.

Desk Organizers

Can you make a coordinated desk organizer set?

Yes — multi-piece sets in one material and finish are common, and can be matched to a monitor riser or tray. Each set is quoted as one SKU.

Which material suits corporate gifts?

Bamboo with a laser-engraved logo and PU leather with debossing are frequent choices for gifts; steel mesh and plastic suit volume office supply. Compare samples first.

Do you also make desk mats?

Yes, on a separate line — see desk mats. Many buyers order a PU leather organizer and desk mat in the same color.

Desk Organizers overview →

Desk Mats

Which desk mat material should my line start with?

PU leather for office and gift ranges (easy to wipe, debossed logos), felt for a softer premium look, fabric-top rubber for full-color artwork and gaming. Many lines start with PU leather in a few colors and add printed designs.

Can I order custom sizes?

Yes. Size, corner radius and edge finish are set per SKU; standard sizes start fastest.

Are your PU leather desk mats waterproof?

We do not call any mat waterproof. PU leather and coated surfaces are typically easy to wipe; water resistance is described only as confirmed on your samples.

Do you make matching desk organizers?

Yes, on a separate line — see desk organizers, often in matching PU leather.

Cable Management Trays

Clamp-on or screw-mount — which should I offer?

Screw-mount trays are the most secure and lowest cost; clamp-on trays need no drilling and suit rented or shared desks. Clamp opening is set for the desk thicknesses you sell into.

Can you make trays to fit our desk frames?

Yes — length, depth and mounting holes can be matched to your desk tops and frames from a drawing.

Are cable trays safe to use with power strips?

A tray is a passive holder; we make no electrical or fire-safety claims for it. Use power strips that carry their own listing for your market, and follow their instructions.

Ergonomics

Can I order converters, wrist rests, cushions and footrests together?

Yes. Mixed orders across ergonomic products (and stands, mats and organizers) are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Ergonomics overview → · More FAQs: Standing Desk Converters , Keyboard Wrist Rests , Ergonomic Seat Cushions , Under Desk Footrests

Standing Desk Converters

Manual or electric — which converter should we launch first?

Many lines launch a manual gas-spring converter first: simpler, lighter, lower cost and no electrical compliance plan. Electric converters suit premium and corporate channels and need their own electrical testing per market.

Z-lift, X-lift or vertical lift?

Z-lift tops move up and toward the user and suit wide two-tier units; X-lift (scissor) and vertical-lift designs rise straight up with a compact footprint. Choose on samples with your typical monitor setup.

Is a standing desk converter the same as a laptop stand?

No. A converter lifts the whole workstation between sitting and standing heights; a laptop stand raises only a laptop on the desk.

What safety points should a converter listing cover?

Lift mechanisms have pinch points, gas springs store energy, and a raised converter with a heavy monitor can tip if overloaded or placed near the desk edge. We build to the drawing and load you approve, include the warnings and instructions your team signs off, and recommend that rated load, desk-depth requirements and pinch-point warnings are stated on the box and in the manual. Packaging claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Standing Desk Converters overview →

Keyboard Wrist Rests

Which lengths should a wrist rest line include?

Most lines cover full-size and TKL keyboards, and add 75% / 60% lengths for compact and mechanical keyboard buyers; a mouse wrist rest completes the set.

Can the wrist rest match a printed desk mat?

Yes — a sublimated fabric top can carry the same artwork as a fabric-top desk mat; colors are matched on samples.

Keyboard Wrist Rests overview →

Ergonomic Seat Cushions

Can you use our own cushion shape?

Yes — a new shape needs a new foam mold; existing molds start fastest. Height, density and cover are set per SKU and confirmed on samples.

Do you vacuum-compress cushions?

Memory foam cushions can be vacuum-compressed and rolled to reduce freight volume; recovery after unpacking is checked on samples.

What labels do seat cushions need?

It depends on market and state: filled products can need law labels, tracking labels or flammability statements. Requirements are confirmed per SKU and destination; we apply the labels your team approves.

Ergonomic Seat Cushions overview →

Under Desk Footrests

Foam or adjustable footrest — which sells better?

Foam footrests suit soft-goods and comfort ranges and ship compressed; adjustable plastic platforms suit office supply and corporate channels. Many lines carry one of each.

Can users stand on a footrest?

Footrests are specified for resting feet, not standing. We print the warnings your team approves, and load is verified on samples to the use you specify.

Under Desk Footrests overview →

Accessories

Can accessories be added to a bundle with other products?

Yes — small accessories are often packed inside a laptop stand, desk mat or organizer box as a bundle. Each bundle is quoted as one SKU.

Accessories overview → · More FAQs: Webcam Covers

Webcam Covers

Will a webcam cover damage a laptop screen?

It can on some laptops: several manufacturers advise against closing the lid with a cover on the camera. Thin covers reduce the risk but do not remove it. Buyers should check device guidance, test samples on the devices they target and print the caution text their team approves.

Can I print my logo on a webcam cover?

Yes — pad printing or laser marking on the shutter, in your colors; multi-packs can carry a printed card with your branding.

Do webcam covers protect against hacking?

No claim of that kind is made. A cover physically blocks the camera lens when closed; it does not affect microphones or software security. Keep packaging claims factual.

Specs & Selection Guide

Do you publish weight capacities?

No. Capacity depends on the exact design and use; you specify the load and test method, and samples are verified before any rating goes on your packaging.

Which products need electrical compliance?

Anything with a motor, USB hub, fan or wireless charging — for example electric standing desk converters and powered stands or risers. Plain mechanical products do not, but may still need load or material documentation.

Specs & Selection Guide overview →

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, FCC, RoHS or REACH), publish load ratings or weight capacities, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or health claims are made for ergonomic products, and no privacy or security guarantees for webcam covers. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
