Entry 1 · OEM & private label
OEM & private label home office accessories your brand on stands, mats, organizers and ergonomic accessories
Launch or extend a home office line under your own brand without running factories. PlinthForge handles platform selection, sampling, finishes, logo application, packaging and production across laptop stands, monitor stands and risers, desk organizers and desk mats, standing desk converters, ergonomic accessories, cable trays and webcam covers — you own the brand, the specifications you approve, the claims and the customer.
- Existing platforms or new designs per category
- Materials, finishes, logos and packaging to your spec
- Load and compliance testing planned per SKU — buyer-specified
- No certification or rating claims made on your behalf
How an OEM program runs
- Brief: products, price points, markets, channels (office dealer, corporate, retail, marketplace), quantities and any standards, tests or documents your customers require.
- Platform & plan: we propose existing designs or new tooling, materials and options, list which SKUs need load, stability or electrical testing, and quote by SKU including MOQ and lead time.
- Samples: stock samples first, then pre-production samples with your finish, logo and packaging; fit, feel and load are verified on samples.
- Testing (where needed): third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples — available on request and quoted per SKU.
- Production & inspection: mass production matched to the approved samples, with checks and pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
- Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed orders across categories possible.

Claims, honestly
We do not display certification or listing marks, publish load ratings, test data, factory statistics or customer cases on this site. Standards such as BIFMA, FSC, UL / ETL or CE are never claimed for a product here; where your channel needs them, the testing or documentation is buyer-specified, arranged on request and quoted per SKU. We make no medical or health claims for ergonomic products. We print the content your team approves; labeling and claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility. We never use other brands’ names or logos on your products.

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, FCC, RoHS or REACH), publish load ratings or weight capacities, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or health claims are made for ergonomic products, and no privacy or security guarantees for webcam covers. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for private label?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing design with your logo starts lower than new tooling, custom materials or printed retail boxes.
Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders across stands, mats, organizers, ergonomic items and accessories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.
Who is responsible for testing and claims?
The brand owner decides which claims go on the product and which tests back them. We build verification samples, arrange third-party testing on request and print the content your team approves.
What weight capacity do your stands and risers have?
We do not publish load ratings or weight-capacity figures on this site. Capacity depends on the exact design, material gauge, hinge or column, desk thickness and how the load sits on the product. You specify the load the SKU has to carry (for example the laptop, monitor or equipment it is sold for) and the test method your customer accepts; we build pre-production samples to that spec and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any capacity printed on your packaging or listing must come from that verification and is the brand owner’s claim. See the load and stability section of our specs guide.
Do these ergonomic products relieve pain or improve posture?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no pain relief, posture correction, injury prevention or “doctor recommended” wording. “Ergonomic” is used only as a product-category name. We describe construction (materials, density, cover, shape, dimensions) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.
Are your products certified?
We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, RoHS, REACH or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (office dealer, corporate procurement, retail, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
