Home office accessories specs & selection guide materials, load, logos, packaging and compliance
This guide collects the specifications buyers set when sourcing laptop stands, monitor stands and risers, desk organizers and desk mats, cable trays, standing desk converters, ergonomic accessories and webcam covers. It describes materials and processes — it is not a list of ratings or test results.
- Materials and finishes by category
- Adjustability, sizing and fit
- Load and stability: specified and verified, not published
- Logo methods, packaging, MOQ drivers and compliance process
Materials and finishes
- Aluminum alloy — extruded or stamped, anodized (silver, space gray, black, custom), sandblasted or brushed; laptop stands, monitor arms, risers.
- Steel — powder-coated sheet, tube or wire; monitor stand bases and poles, converter frames, mesh organizers, cable trays.
- ABS / PC / PP plastics — molded stands, organizers, footrest platforms, webcam covers.
- Bamboo, solid wood, MDF and plywood — risers, organizers, wrist rests, converter tops; composite-wood emission rules confirmed per SKU; certified material only where documented.
- Acrylic — clear or tinted risers and organizers.
- PU leather, felt, cork, fabric-top rubber — desk mats, organizers, wrist rests.
- Memory foam, high-density foam and gel — wrist rests, seat cushions, footrests; density and height set per SKU.
Adjustability, sizing and fit
- Stands and risers — platform size, height and angle range or fixed height, clearance underneath, folded size.
- Monitor stands — configuration, VESA-pattern plate (75 × 75 / 100 × 100 mm are common requests), height, tilt, swivel, rotation, clamp opening.
- Converters — top and keyboard-tray size, collapsed height, height range and steps, footprint.
- Mats and rests — size and thickness per SKU; wrist rest lengths per keyboard layout.
All dimensions are fixed on a drawing per SKU and confirmed on pre-production samples.
Load and stability — specified and verified, not published
We do not publish weight capacities, load ratings, cycle counts or stability results. For stands, risers, converters, trays and footrests the process is:
- Specify the load and use (for example one 27-inch monitor plus keyboard, or a power strip and adapters) and the test method your customer accepts.
- Design — gauge, hinge, spring, base and fixing are chosen for that spec.
- Verify on pre-production samples — in-house checks, plus third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, available on request.
- Label — rated load, desk requirements and warnings on the box and manual come from that verification and are approved by your team.
Logo methods
- Laser engraving / burning — anodized aluminum, bamboo, wood, cork.
- Silk-screen and pad printing — plastics, powder coat, acrylic, webcam covers.
- Debossing and hot stamping — PU leather.
- Dye-sublimation — fabric-top desk mats and wrist rests, full color.
- Embroidery, woven labels and badges — covers, felt mats, premium pieces.
Packaging options
Printed color boxes, kraft boxes and gift boxes; pouches for foldable stands; tubes or flat boxes for desk mats; backing cards for webcam covers; vacuum-compressed packs for foam cushions and footrests; retail boxes with foam protection, hardware kits and manuals for monitor stands and converters. Barcodes and marketplace (e.g. FBA) labels are applied per SKU.
Packaging & MOQ
What drives MOQ:
- Tooling — an existing extrusion, mold or die with your logo starts lower than a new design.
- Materials and finishes — anodizing and powder-coat colors, fabrics, PU colors and foam types have minimums per type.
- Logo method and packaging — printed boxes, tubes and cards have their own minimums; neutral packaging with a label starts lower.
- Testing — buyer-specified load, stability or electrical testing may set a practical minimum per SKU.
- Mixed SKUs — combining categories helps fill a shipment even when each SKU is small.
MOQ and lead time are quoted per SKU on every quotation; no prices are published. Send your RFQ via the inquiry form.
Compliance — buyer-specified, available on request
We do not hold out certifications, listings or test data on this site — no BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, FCC, RoHS or REACH claims. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, market and channel:
- Channel. You tell us where the product will be sold (office dealer, corporate, retail, marketplace) and what your customer or platform requires.
- Furniture-type products. Converters, monitor stands and risers can be tested to recognized furniture or load standards your customer names; testing is buyer-specified and quoted per SKU.
- Electronics. Anything with a motor, USB hub, fan or wireless charging (electric converters, powered stands and risers) needs electrical-safety, EMC and radio compliance for the market, planned per SKU.
- Materials. Material and chemical declarations, composite-wood emission rules, certified wood, filled-product labels and state warning labels are confirmed per SKU and per order.
- Claims. No medical or health claims for ergonomic products; no privacy or security guarantees for webcam covers; labels and packaging claims are approved by your team.
Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility. Rules change; confirm current requirements with your test lab or compliance advisor.

General reference for product selection — not product ratings or test results. Testing and documentation are confirmed per SKU and per order.
No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, FCC, RoHS or REACH), publish load ratings or weight capacities, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or health claims are made for ergonomic products, and no privacy or security guarantees for webcam covers. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Do you publish weight capacities?
No. Capacity depends on the exact design and use; you specify the load and test method, and samples are verified before any rating goes on your packaging.
Which products need electrical compliance?
Anything with a motor, USB hub, fan or wireless charging — for example electric standing desk converters and powered stands or risers. Plain mechanical products do not, but may still need load or material documentation.
What weight capacity do your stands and risers have?
We do not publish load ratings or weight-capacity figures on this site. Capacity depends on the exact design, material gauge, hinge or column, desk thickness and how the load sits on the product. You specify the load the SKU has to carry (for example the laptop, monitor or equipment it is sold for) and the test method your customer accepts; we build pre-production samples to that spec and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any capacity printed on your packaging or listing must come from that verification and is the brand owner’s claim. See the load and stability section of our specs guide.
Is the bamboo or wood FSC certified?
We do not claim that any product on this site is FSC certified or made from certified material. If your channel requires certified wood or bamboo, say so in the RFQ: the quotation states whether certified material with chain-of-custody documentation can be sourced for that SKU and how it affects cost and lead time — and FSC wording or logos only go on packaging when that documentation exists for your order. Composite-wood rules (for example US formaldehyde emission requirements for MDF and plywood parts) and state warning-label rules are confirmed per SKU and per order.
Do these ergonomic products relieve pain or improve posture?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no pain relief, posture correction, injury prevention or “doctor recommended” wording. “Ergonomic” is used only as a product-category name. We describe construction (materials, density, cover, shape, dimensions) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.
Are your products certified?
We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no BIFMA, FSC, ISO, UL / ETL, CE, RoHS, REACH or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (office dealer, corporate procurement, retail, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the tooling (an existing mold or extrusion vs. a new design), material and finish, colors, logo method, packaging and any buyer-specified testing; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, testing and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
